Living Ayurveda 101 Immersive Workshop
with Sarah Wild Waters Wellness
SAT SEP 26, 1 - 4:30 PM CDT (SAT SEP 26, 1 - 4:30 PM CDT)

Ayurveda is the original holistic wellness tradition for the preservation of health and prevention of dis-ease dating back over 5,000 years. It is the sister science to Yoga. Translating to “The Science of Life” or “The Wisdom of Living,” Ayurveda is a complete healthcare system rooted in Nature and its rhythm. It reminds you that you are your own best healer, that your path to sustainable health is beautifully unique, and that true wellness begins in the home, in your understanding of your body, and in the when, what, and the 'how' of what you do every day. Health is contextual. Seeing through the lens of qualities and cycles empowers you to choose better in any moment for your unique body and journey. It teaches you the ancient language of your physical vessel - the human body.

This 3-hour immersive introduction will include insight into the doshas and your unique doshic blueprint, the 6 tastes and digestion, and daily rhythms and rituals to support your body’s syncing back up with nature’s rhythm and optimal abilities.

The Flow :
~We start with an Ayurvedic Tea and a sampling of an Ayurvedic food offering - snack size to satisfy belly for the class!
~Education will be interactive and be supported with a handout.
~There will be time for Q + A and conversation throughout.
~We will end with a juicy, 30-minute Water Body Nidra + 528hz Quartz Harp Sound Bath attunement to ease the mind and support the integration of the new information.

Ayurveda has always recognized that each of us carries our own unique blueprint while also being deeply connected to everything around us. When we awaken to that truth — or more accurately, when we remember — wellness stops feeling like a prescription or a fad. It becomes a natural rhythm, an inner knowing, and an embodied journey of working in harmony with your beautiful body!
